Terms and conditions:
1. All Sales Final - 50% on Sunday, May 18!
No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please inspect all items before purchasing.

2. Cash & Carry
Payment accepted in cash and Venmo. Buyers are responsible for moving and loading their purchases. We will have small carry-away bags and some packing material for fragile items.

3. First Come, First Served
No holds. No early entry. Items are sold to the first person ready to purchase. We will pass out numbers prior to opening if a large line is queued up either morning.

4. Sold Items Must Be Removed by 1PM PST on Sunday, May 17.
Any uncollected items will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements are made.

5. Bring Help for Heavy Items
Staff may not be available to assist with loading. Bring appropriate help and equipment.

6. No Large Bags or Backpacks
For security reasons, we may ask to check bags.

7. Children Must Be Supervised
Due to fragile items and narrow spaces, please keep children within reach at all times.

8. We Reserve the Right to Refuse Entry or Service
Anyone being disruptive, aggressive, or attempting to bargain unfairly may be asked to leave.

9. Pricing is Firm-ish — But The Ma Wouldn’t Mind a Bit of Banter
We kindly ask full price whenever possible — but in the spirit of The Ma (who, with a twinkle in her eye, loved a good-natured negotiation), polite haggling may be entertained. Especially if you're charming. Discounts may be offered on subsequent days at the discretion of the seller.

No guarantees or warranties are made regarding item condition, function, or authenticity.

11. No Pets Allowed
Exceptions are for Service Pets with a Proper Signifying Harness and Leash
