This will be a fun one and in such a pretty home on the Mesa in Palm Springs. The homeowner LOVED American, European, and Asian antiques!
We will keep posting photos as we unearth more treasures.
A partial list:
- Asian decorative items including Famille Rose, blue and white, carved stone screens and objects, planters, fishbowls, urns, lamps, foo dogs
- Early American art and furniture including solid brass tuba bed, spindle bed, portraits
- Yamaha player piano
- funriture including DR table and 12 chairs, many consoles, dressers, armoires, desks, beds, leather sofa and pair of chairs
- Chippendale--mirror, chairs
- CHRISTMAS ROOM
- silverplate, COPPER (stamped, French and Portugal), porcelain
- dresser top boxes, Murano glass, carvings
- mens clothes including suits, jackets, Hawaiian shirts, leather, Robert Graham, Ralph Lauren, Gucci. Our guy was a 42-44 waist and size 11 shoe. These clothes will fit an XL. Over 30 cashmrere sweaters and everything has been meticulously cared for--a lot still in dry cleaning bags.
- bamboo and cane bedroom set Dixie
- outdoor furntiure includes Tropitone (Veneman and Hickey), Brown Jordan, Victorian cast iron, Mexican pottery
- RUGS! about 15 in various sizes. Persian-Tabriz mostly.
- packed kitchen--these guys were COOKS
- linens, crystal, trays--everything you need for a party
- lots of framed art
- CLOCKS (at least a dozen)
- office and housekeeping supplies
- garage
- 2 Weber BBQs
