All Sales Final
No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Items are sold as-is, where-is. Please inspect carefully before purchase.
Payment
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and Zelle.
No personal checks accepted.
Sales Tax
All purchases are subject to California sales tax unless a valid resale certificate is provided.
Pricing
Prices are firm on opening day. Discounts may be applied later at the discretion of Orange Blossom Estates.
Entry & Conduct
Entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign-up sheets or numbers may be used if needed.
Please be respectful of staff, property, and other shoppers.
Children must remain with adults at all times.
Holding Items
Items may not be set aside or held without full payment.
Large Items & Pick-Up
Buyers are responsible for moving and loading their own purchases.
Please bring help, tools, and transportation for large items. Staff cannot assist with heavy lifting.
All items must be removed by the end of the sale day unless other arrangements are made.
Liability
Entry to the property is at your own risk. Orange Blossom Estates and the property owner are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages.
Online Auction Connection
This in-person sale is hosted the same day as our online auction pick-up. Shoppers may browse and buy both.
Right to Refuse Service
Orange Blossom Estates reserves the right to refuse entry or sale to anyone at our discretion.
