Terms and Condition: Please inspect photos, ask questions, request information, condition reports, or address any other concerns that you may have PRIOR to bidding. We CANNOT provide these services during or after the auction. Five Star Auctions and its Consignors disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the Implied Warranty of Merchantability or Fitness for any particular purpose. Five Star Auctions will not be held responsible for any descriptions of the rarity, quality, condition, size, importance, or provenance of the property. While Five Star Auctions representatives, to the best of their ability, describe the items for sale, any statement, whether oral or written, by the Auctioneer or by any Five Star Auctions representative are mere opinions and shall not be deemed a warranty or representation regarding the property offered for sale. The bidder is responsible for determining the age, size, condition, and value of the property before bidding. By placing a bid, you signify that you have examined the property to your satisfaction or have chosen not to examine it. Since the final bid of acquisition outbids other interested parties, Five Star Auctions will reserve the right to enforce a Final Sale, No Returns & No Cash Back Refunds Policy. If Five Star Auctions is prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, its liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the property as paid by the purchaser. For Payment, we do accept Credit Cards for buying amounts under "$ 5000" or we accept: Cashier's checks, personal checks, and Bank Wire Transfers. - If you wish to send a Personal Check or Cashier's Check: Please make Payable to: Five Star Auctions. Merchandise will be picked up, packaged or shipped by arrangements made by the buyer. (Merchandise must be removed with 10 days after the auction date) ANY ITEMS NOT REMOVE ARE SUBJECT TO $10 PER DAY PER ITEM STORAGE FEE. Five Star Auctions has the right to sell any items left over 30 days. All invoices are due to be paid within 5 business days. All items are sold and shipped As Is. Upon request, a list of shippers will be provided to buyers for domestic and international shipping. Some property that is sold at auction can be subject to laws governing export from the U.S., such as items that include material from some endangered species. Import restrictions from foreign countries are subject to these same governing laws. Note that we do not ship Ivory Internationally. Granting of licensing for import or export of goods from local authorities is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
