TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ESTATE SALE

1. Eligibility
The estate sale is open to all customers, subject to item availability.
All customers are expected to follow these Terms and Conditions and any instructions provided by SoCal Home Clear Outs staff while on the property.

2. Sale Duration
The sale will take place on the announced start and end dates and during the posted sale hours.
Sale dates, hours, discounts, and other details are subject to change at the discretion of SoCal Home Clear Outs.

3. Entry & Virtual Sign-Up System
SoCal Home Clear Outs uses a virtual sign-up system instead of a paper sign-up sheet to help organize entry at the opening of the sale.

How to Join the Virtual Sign-Up List
Text the sale's CITY NAME to (714) 880-7705.
Example: Huntington Beach
Reply with your NAME when prompted.
Your name confirms and locks in your place in line. If a name is not submitted, a number in line will not be reserved.
Save your confirmation text and line number.
Your text confirmation serves as your place in the virtual line and may be requested at the door.
Be present when your number is called.
Numbers are called in order at the entrance. If you are not present when your number is called, you may lose your position and be required to go to the back of the line.

Bringing a Guest
One phone may hold a maximum of two spots.
To request two spots, text the city name followed by the number 2 when joining the list.
Example: Huntington Beach 2
Both spots are secured only after the sign-up process is completed.
Groups larger than two must have the additional customers sign themselves up separately.
Additional Entry Rules
The virtual sign-up system is used to establish entry order for the opening of the sale.
Customers who do not use the virtual sign-up system are still welcome to attend. Entry will be permitted after customers in the opening virtual queue have been processed, subject to occupancy and staff direction.
Only the official SoCal Home Clear Outs virtual sign-up system will be honored. Screenshots, handwritten lists, customer-created lists, or any other third-party sign-up lists will not determine entry order.
A virtual line number does not guarantee the availability of any specific item.
Customers may not reserve, hold, or claim merchandise simply by obtaining a place in line.
There is no early access, no pre-sales, and no price inquiries before the official opening, unless specifically announced otherwise by SoCal Home Clear Outs.
Customers must follow staff instructions regarding entry order, occupancy limits, and access to the property.
SoCal Home Clear Outs reserves the right to adjust the entry process when necessary for safety, property restrictions, technical issues, crowd control, or other circumstances.

4. Entry & Security Policies
Bag Restrictions
Shopping bags, large purses, oversized totes, backpacks, and similar large bags may not be permitted inside the sale.
Customers may be asked to leave restricted bags or personal items in their vehicles before entering.
Bag Checks
Any bags, containers, or personal items brought onto the premises are subject to inspection upon entry and/or exit where permitted by law.
Customers who do not wish to comply with applicable security procedures may be denied entry or asked to leave.
Right to Refuse Entry
SoCal Home Clear Outs reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, unsafe, disrespectful, or inconsistent with maintaining a fair and enjoyable shopping environment.
Customers must follow reasonable instructions from SoCal Home Clear Outs staff while on the property.

5. Pricing
All items are priced as marked unless otherwise announced.
Prices are non-negotiable unless SoCal Home Clear Outs specifically announces a discount or promotion.
Additional discounts, markdowns, promotions, or special pricing, if any, are offered solely at the discretion of SoCal Home Clear Outs.
Discounts are not guaranteed and may vary by sale, day, item, or category.

6. All Sales Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All merchandise is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS."
No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or adjustments will be accepted after purchase.
Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise and confirming its condition before completing a purchase.
7. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

Cash
Zelle
Venmo
Visa
Mastercard
American Express

A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise approved by SoCal Home Clear Outs.
If a deposit has been made online or through an approved payment arrangement, the remaining balance must be paid by the required pickup deadline.
Merchandise will not be released until required payment has been received.

8. Warranty & Condition of Items
All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
SoCal Home Clear Outs does not guarantee the condition, operation, authenticity, age, completeness, functionality, or suitability of any item unless specifically stated in writing.
Customers are encouraged to inspect and, when permitted, test items before purchasing.
SoCal Home Clear Outs is not responsible for defects, missing components, damage, malfunctions, or other issues discovered after purchase.

9. Item Pickup, Loading & Delivery
Customers are responsible for removing and transporting purchased items within the required pickup period.
Customers purchasing large, bulky, or heavy merchandise must bring their own help for lifting, loading, and transportation.
SoCal Home Clear Outs staff may not be available to assist with moving or loading merchandise.
Customers must provide appropriate transportation, including trucks, trailers, straps, blankets, tools, or other equipment necessary to safely remove their purchases.
Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to the property while removing merchandise.
Delivery services may be available upon request for an additional charge.
Delivery availability, pricing, scheduling, and service areas are subject to approval and are not guaranteed.

10. Liability Disclaimer
Customers enter the property and participate in the estate sale at their own risk.
SoCal Home Clear Outs and the property owner(s) are not responsible for accidents, injuries, falls, loss, theft, property damage, or other damages occurring inside or outside the premises to the extent permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for exercising reasonable care while walking through the property, handling merchandise, and removing purchased items.
Children and other guests must remain properly supervised while on the property.

11. Modification of Terms
SoCal Home Clear Outs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, entry procedures, sale hours, pricing, discounts, pickup requirements, or other sale policies when necessary.
SoCal Home Clear Outs also reserves the right to postpone, suspend, or cancel a sale at any time.
Staff instructions provided at the sale take precedence when necessary to address safety, property restrictions, crowd control, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
