Cash & Venmo Only - NO credit cards or personal checks.
All Sales Are Final – No refunds, exchanges, or returns. Items are sold as-is and where-is with no warranties expressed or implied.
First Come, First Served – No early entries or pre-sales unless otherwise specified. A sign-up sheet may be used for entry order.
Bring Help to Move Large Items – Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting their purchases. No staff assistance is available.
No Holding of Items – Items will not be held without full payment.
No Large Bags or Backpacks – To prevent theft, large bags and backpacks may be restricted.
All Items Must Be Removed by End of Sale – Items not picked up within the agreed time will be forfeited without a refund.
No Public Restrooms – Facilities are not available for public use.
Children Must Be Supervised – No running or unattended children.
No Pets Allowed – Service animals are permitted per ADA guidelines.
Security Cameras May Be in Use – Shoplifting or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the premises.
Not Responsible for Accidents or Injuries – Attendees enter at their own risk.
