1. All Sales Are Final – No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Items are sold “as-is” with no warranties or guarantees. Please inspect your selections carefully before purchasing. We do our best to identify flaws, but perfection isn’t guaranteed with pre-owned or vintage items.
2. Item Accuracy – While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos, we are not liable for minor errors or omissions. Not all items pictured may still be available on sale day.
3. Payment – We prefer cash, as it’s fast and easy. Credit/debit cards and Apple Pay are accepted for purchases over $25. Payment must be made in full at checkout. Chargebacks will be contested.
4. Pickup & Delivery – Items must be picked up within the scheduled window or delivery must be selected at checkout. Missed pickups may result in forfeited items without refund. We do not provide labor—please bring your own help and packing materials.
5. Packing & Loading – We supply limited packing materials, but you are encouraged to bring your own. Our team is not permitted to lift or move items due to insurance restrictions.
6. Property Access & Safety – Access to the property is only allowed during designated sale or pickup times. We care about your safety but cannot be responsible for accidents. Children are welcome but must be held by the hand at all times.
7. Security – Valuable items are stored off-site until sale days. 24-hour security is on premises during sale events.
8. Right to Refuse Service – EstateSail reserves the right to refuse service or entrance to anyone at any time for any reason.
9. Changes & Cancellations – We may cancel or adjust listings at any time.

EstateSail offers a hybrid shopping experience—shop in person, online, or both!
• In-Person Sale Hours: Thursday–Sunday, 10 AM–4 PM
(During these hours, the online store is closed)
• Online Store Opens: Thursday at 4 PM at shop.EstateSail.us
When you purchase online, you’ll receive a confirmation email within one hour (during business hours, 9 AM–5 PM). Once confirmed, head to the sale location, show your receipt to a team member, and we’ll retrieve your items.
Please note: Online purchases are for local pickup only. Shipping is not currently available.
