- All sales are first-come, first-served. We typically do not have pre-sales or hold items prior to the sale date although we do have some larger furniture pieces for sale now. If there is a price, it's available!
- All items purchased must be removed at time of purchase, or by the end of the sale unless other arrangements are made in writing.
- No large personal bags, purses or backpacks are allowed on the property, please leave them in your vehicle.
- Children MUST be with adults at all times, and please NO pets.

DO NOT ENTER GATE BEFORE 8 AM ON SATURDAY. ONCE THROUGH THE GATE, TAKE THE FIRST RIGHT AND FOLLOW ALL THE WAY AROUND..... DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS OR MAILBOXES AT ANY TIME!!!!
There is truly something for everyone! Our owner was an estate sale junkie (sound familiar??? ha) and bought so much it's hard to fathom. There are some real treasures in this home.
-womens clothes. We counted at least 2,000 pieces size S-L. Shoes are 8-9.
-colored glass collection, mostly 80s
-womens shoes, accessories, SUNGLASSES (like 200+ pair), scarves, hats, purses, furs
-jewelry, jewelry, jewelry! Costume, silver, Navajo, turquoise, gold, acrylic. We haven't started going through yet but looks to be over 1,000 pieces.
-furniture from armoires to MCM
-Asian ceramics, jade, furniture, jewelry, home decor

STYLES range from European, MCM, Southwestern, 80's post-modern, California Arts + Crafts (they both worked for JPL, lived Pasadena, and were collectors)
