Great Riverside estate sale!

  We are located in Riverside near Kaiser Hospital off of magnolia and Polk. There are also multiple rooms in the home that are off limits. 



 We may limit the amount of shoppers in the home if it gets too crowded
 

Please line up in front of the Gate on the driveway. 


 

  You are entering the property under your own discretion.
  Keep children with you at all times!
Please be respectful and courteous to others while shopping and no taking items that aren't yours from the hold area.
There are a lot of uneven surfaces please be careful! Make sure to bring help to assist in loading of heavy items. All large items must be picked up no later than (10:00 am Saturday)
We have the right to refuse service

BRING Your own HELP TO LOAD BIG AND HEAVY ITEMS BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS. MY STAFF AND I ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO ASSIST IN LOADING ITEMS.
