Estate Sale Entry Policy

Entry on the day of the sale will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Better Days Estate Sales will not honor or create any advance sign-up sheets, numbered lists, boxes, or place-holding systems prior to the sale.

Please arrive and form a line in the order you arrive. Entry will be permitted in that order beginning at the posted opening time.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep the entry process fair for everyone.

Better Days Estate Sales operates as a cash-only company. Please plan accordingly.

Customers are responsible for bringing adequate assistance, tools, and transportation for the removal of large or heavy purchases. Better Days Estate Sales staff are unable to assist with loading or moving large items.

For the safety and security of the estate, large purses, backpacks, and oversized bags are not permitted inside the home.

All merchandise is sold as-is and where-is. Please inspect all items carefully prior to purchase. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

All customers enter the property at their own risk. Better Days Estate Sales and the property owner/seller are not responsible or liable for accidents, injuries, falls, or damage to personal property while attending the sale.
