Orange Blossom Estates – In-Person Estate Sale Terms & Conditions
1. Entry and Participation
Entry to the property constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All guests enter at their own risk. Orange Blossom Estates, LLC and property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of any kind.
Children must remain with an adult at all times. Please do not touch items you do not intend to purchase.
2. Sale Format
This is a first-come, first-served sale; no early entry.
We may use a sign-in sheet or number system if crowd size requires it.
All sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
3. Pricing and Discounts
Prices are firm on the first day.
Discounts, if any, will be announced and posted on subsequent days.
Tag switching, price negotiation outside of stated rules, or holding unpaid items is prohibited.
4. Payment
Accepted forms of payment: cash, debit/credit card, or Venmo/Zelle (as available).
A 3% service fee may apply to card payments.
Sales tax is collected as required by California law unless a valid resale certificate is provided.
5. Item Pickup
Purchased items must be removed by the end of each sale day, unless other arrangements are made at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting their own items. Staff may assist at their discretion but assume no liability for damage.
Any unclaimed items after sale close are considered abandoned and may be resold without refund.
6. Holds and Reserves
Items cannot be held without full payment.
Large furniture may require a paid hold tag; time limits apply.
7. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
No pets, large bags, or outside food/drink inside the home unless otherwise stated.
Please respect neighbors and avoid blocking driveways or mailboxes.
8. Condition of Items
All items are sold “as is, where is.”
No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied.
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before purchase.
9. Photography and Media
By entering the sale, you consent to photography or video that may be used for marketing purposes by Orange Blossom Estates.
10. Compliance
Buyers agree to comply with all posted rules, staff instructions, and local ordinances.
Violation of these terms may result in removal from the property and forfeiture of purchase rights.
