- Please be respectful of neighbors and the neighborhood when parking. Do not block driveways.
- Enter the home at your own risk; we are not responsible for any accidents. By attending an estate sale, you assume all risks.

- We will provide some bags and boxes, but we may not have enough so that you can bring your own boxes, bags, and wrapping materials. If you purchase furniture or any item that requires assistance, please bring help, as we may be unable to assist you.

- You are responsible for taking and loading your purchased merchandise.

The house has several steps and uneven surfaces therefore, for everyone's safety, preferably, please do not bring pets or children.

- All items are sold as-is.
- Bring help to load your purchased items.
