You assume your own risk while on the sale property; we are not responsible for accidents.

We accept cash, Venmo, CashApp and credit cards (minimum $25).

All sales are as-is and final and there is no guarantee as to working order, so please check condition and /or test before buying.

Items MUST be picked up one hour prior to close of sale.

Please bring boxes, wrapping material and muscle if necessary. We do not provide tools, hand-trucks or assistance in dismantling, lifting and /or loading.

Please do not block, driveways mailboxes or trash -pickup.
