    •    Must be lined up at 2:30 PM to participate

    •    No pre-holding, pile-making, or stashing items in advance

    •    Only items selected during the event qualify, there will be excluded items

    •    No large totes/bins. Grocery bags/Banker size boxes 

    •    Staff will monitor checkout—fairness is key

4:15 PM - 5PM:

LAST CALL FREE HAUL BEGINS:

•  Must be lined up by 4:15 PM—no early gathering of items or hidden piles
•  Select items only – some exclusions apply. Items marked not for sale, appliances, anything bolted or built-in, and items in marked “Do Not Enter” rooms are not included
•  First come, first served
•  No running, pushing, or aggressive behavior – disruptive individuals will be asked to leave
•  Staff will monitor the process and may limit quantities to ensure fairness for all
