Because of the sheer volume and uniqueness of the items, this sale cannot be open to the public in the traditional way. We have run out of space, but still have many rooms to clear! The minute something is sold something else is put in it's place...it literally doesn't matter which day you come . . . the house will still be PACKED!! The first 10 photos are updated at the end of every day to make sure you can see that there is a constant rotation of new stuff!

-A $100 minimum purchase commitment is required to schedule a shopping time.

-This is done by purchasing a $100 ticket via Venmo (details provided upon inquiry).

-Your $100 will go toward your purchases at the sale.

-Appointments will be scheduled upon receipt of payment.

-70–80% of the house is priced at $5, so your $100 will go a long way — trust us!

-This system helps us ensure a smooth experience and avoid overcrowding, “looky-loos,” and sticky fingers. We appreciate your understanding.
