There will be a list on the morning of the sale at put out at 7am for those arriving prior to the opening of the estate sale. Customers will be let into the sale in the order the names appear on the list. Once you place your name on the list, you must remain at the property, with no exceptions. If you leave you will be moved to the bottom of the list when you return. We will only honor the True Legacy list put out by our associates at 7am. True Legacy’s official list will be clearly marked with the company’s logo.
Please use visitor parking slots, DO NOT park in fire lanes or in front of garage doors.
We accept all major credit cards
Delivery services are available for larger items.
We will honor a watched list.
We do NOT presell any items.
Due to the high volume of sales, we are not able to answer questions regarding specific items before the sale opens. Thank you for your understanding.

Welcome dear customers to another fantastic sale in Pacific Beach area. This is a very unique sale and a two-story home where the homeowners are willing to sell pretty much everything, and when I say everything is everything. Meaning that they are going to do renovations to the house, so all built ins in the house, all attached appliances, doors and marble/stone vanities are also for sale. These specific items must be removed after the sale is over by a contractor. True Legacy Homes is not responsible for removing these items or for any damages while removing these items from the home. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- We have the honor to provide an official True Legacy list on the first day of the sale. List will be available on Saturday morning at 7:00 am. Be prepared to add your name and the number of people from your party in the same box. EX: HAN +3
- We highly suggest to check pictures again Thursday night as owners took/removed items to keep in this same day
- Please! Do not block neighbors driveways. Even if you’re picking up items or staying just for a few minutes. Be respectful with neighbors
- On the other hand, if you’re planning on buying heavy or larger pieces of furniture at this sale, we recommend to bring extra help and tools to remove the contents of the home. These include all the built ins in the house
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!. Double check your items and if possible test any electronics before purchasing. There’s NO REFUNDS! Thank you
