Cash Only Sale !! Sign in sheet will be available in the morning at 7 am. sale starts at 9am and will not open early. I will not go by customer made sign in sheets. I recommend leaving a marker in a line on the ground and transferring your name to the provided sign in sheet at 7am . Not responsible for accidents so watch your step please. I love kids but this is NOT a place for young children as there are many fragile items. No customer purses and big bags allowed unless you are prepared to empty them at the check out table. We provide shopping bags and boxes for your treasures. Camera will be recording everything.Most important be kind and have fun. Thanks from , the Estate Sale Doctor !!!

Please come enjoy shopping for many vintage / unique treasures at this sale. The whole home full including everything inside and outside. The spectacular view alone is worth stopping at this sale. The home is sold and so everything must go during this 3 day sale. First day prices are set and not negotiable. Second day negotiating deals however if you are a real price grinder then you will want to wait for Sunday and see if your item is still available.
