True Legacy Estate Sales

Hello dear customers! Welcome to another sale in San Carlos area. A one story home with gardening items, kitchen items, French—Americana furniture and southwest items. A sale that is going to start this Friday and closing on Saturday from 8am to 2pm. Please check this partial list below to see that items that you might find.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. We are delighted to announce that we will be providing an official True Legacy List on the first day of the sale. The list will be available on FRIDAY morning at 7:00 am. Please be prepared to add your name and the number of people from your party whose names will be on the list. For example, you can enter "Lee + 3 (San, Chan, Lisa)
2. We strongly recommend that you review the photos again on Thursday night. Owners took or removed items to keep them in the same day.
3. Please be respectful and avoid blocking neighbors' driveways, even if you are only picking up items or staying for a short period.
4. On the other hand, if you plan to purchase heavy or large furniture items at this sale, we suggest bringing extra help and tools to remove the contents of the home. We also have a third-party delivery service available. Please ask us about how it works, and we will provide you with more information.
5. All sales are final! Please double-check your items and, if possible, test any electronics before making a purchase. There are no refunds!
