All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items must be paid immediately following the auction. Credit cards will be charged automatically IMMEDIATELY following the auction.
Winning bidder who wish to arrange shipping for their lots must have their shipper selected and shipping confirmed by November 13th. Shipping release emails must be sent to Clark's by November 13th once a shipper is selected. Failure to arrange shipping by this deadline will cause items to be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued. Local pickup will be in San Rafael, California, 94901 (address will be provided on invoice of winning bidders). The ONLY day for local pick up will be Friday, November 14th from 11:00A.M. to 4:30P.M. Pickup times will be scheduled by the last name of winning bidders. Winning bidders of three or more lots or of items unable to be carried by the buyer alone MUST bring additional help for moving and lifting. Buyers will be turned away if they do not bring sufficient help. Please be aware that property is located down a very steep driveway that can not accommodate large moving trucks.
