This sale isn’t for everyone; it is crowded and you have to do some digging. It is not super clean (although we did a lot of cleaning). But NO smoke or pet odors. Also, we priced as much as we could but there are a lot of unpriced items. People who can price are in green jackets; those in blue jackets do not yet have the necessary skills to price. I will not advertise this sale widely on the first day so that my followers have an advantage. But, of course, everyone is welcome.

Please no small children or baby strollers. There simply isn’t room and the house is super crowded with stuff.

Please do not ask if you can buy before the estate sale. We ONLY pre-sell things that are advertised as “buy it now” (none at this sale). Please don’t ask for prices, measurements, etc. Come to the estate sale please.

The vintage Christmas is AMAZING!
