This is an online-only offsite sale in Scotts Valley, CA. Local pickup will be in at 1800 Green Hills Rd., Ste 210 Scotts Valley California, 95066 (address will be provided in an email to the winning bidders).
Local pick-up days are Wednesday, Oct 8th, & Friday, Oct. 10th, from 11:00A.M. to 4:30P.M. (See below for your time slot).
THESE ARE THE ONLY DAYS AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP.
Winning bidders MUST bring additional help for packing, moving, and lifting.
Buyers will be turned away if they do not bring sufficient help. We kindly ask that all items be packed promptly, as we have limited time and are unable to wait for one person to pack multiple items by themselves.
Failure to pick up by the deadline will cause items to be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
Pickup times will be scheduled by the last name of the winning bidders as follows:
Wednesday or Friday time slots.

H-L 12:30-2:00
M-P 2:00-3:30

Bidders who need to arrange shipping for their lots must have their shipper selected and shipping confirmed before Oct. 8th. Shipping release emails need to be sent to Clark's by Oct. 8th once a shipper is selected. Failure to arrange shipping by this deadline will cause items to be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.

No unsold items will be for sale after the auction. Items not picked up by August 9th will be considered intentionally abandoned, and no refunds will be given.
Winning bidder is responsible for picking up all won items. If the winning bidder wishes to leave behind any items they bid on, a dump fee of $25 to $300 will be collected at the time of pickup.
All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. ALL payments must be made through Live Auctioneers. Your credit card will be charged AUTOMATICALLY IMMEDIATELY following the auction, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. All items being picked up at our location or shipped to within CA state will be charged CA state sales tax unless you have supplied Live Auctioneers with a valid re-sale permit that has been submitted to Live Auctioneers.
