IMPORTANT: when you arrive, park out in front of the of the building, not in the parking lot as all the spaces are reserved and they will tow you. Also, the HOA had an issue with me putting up signs so send me a text. Someone will come out to get you.

2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo and everything must go. Prices are set to move, with plenty of room for reasonable negotiation.

The homeowner was a collector, and spent many years living in Hawaii, and the space reflects a unique mix of 1960s–1980s mid century design with tropical tiki influences. Expect a blend of mid century, boho, and classic Hawaiian/Tommy Bahama style décor throughout the home. There will also be: high quality designer clothing, art, garden supplies, ceramics/plates and kitchenware.

***IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: Do not park in a space with a number on it, you will get towed. Park out front of the building. Hang a right around building 193, walk through the lattice arbor with purple flowers and continue along the sidewalk. Keep walking along the side walk, past the main entrance, until you see signs for the estate sale.

You can also text me when you’ve arrived and someone will come out to get you since they took down all my signs so it might be tricky to find.
