This is a gated community, do not park on the road leading to the gate or near the gate. You must arrive at 8am, due to the HOA we cannot let you in any earlier and there is no room to park near the gate so if you arrive early you will need to leave the area.
Someone from our team will let you into the gate. There are no signs allowed in the community so please use your GPS. Our team member will give you a map if you need it.
You must be present to purchase.

All Sales are final, and sold as is, whereas, with no guarantees or warranties.
In the day of the sale, first come, first serve.
We do not provide numbers or a sign up sheet.

This is a gated community, please do not park near the gate are on the road leading to the gate, as there is no parking, this HOA is strict and will tow your vehicle. We will have a team member at the gate at 8:00 am to let you in. Please do not arrive earlier as there is no parking near the gate, so you will need to leave the area.
