Your best freeway exits are probably from either the 210 or the 5. The street itself is fairly flat, and does not have sidewalks. There are soft dirt sides, where people ride their horses. So if you are not very stable on soft, powdery dirt, please be careful. Oh, and please be careful around any horses and riders you may see.

1) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
2) All sales are CASH ONLY.

5) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
6) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
7) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
8) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being. While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced, seasonal flu, colds, and other diseases are still out there. If you are experiencing any symptoms, feel free to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.

We often have clothing, shoes, framed artwork, garage-related tools and equipment, patio furniture, and much, much more! Priced to sell!

The front of the sale location, so you know what to look for when you arrive. Note the dirt in front of the driveway? It's for the horses and riders.This long dining table and matching chair set is worth the look.This is an interesting chandelier you should look at.Obviously, the framed picture on the wall is a good choice, but sure, look at the desk, too.Here are a mix of leaded glass and stained glass offerings, plaus a large key, and a mirror.You know this shelf unit will go fast. Better to arrive early.Here is another view of the sale's front.Have you been looking for a big TV? This is worth a look, as is the cabinet underneath.Several items here are worth the look: the bed, lamps, nightstands, and the stained glass windows.In this corner we have a pair of mirrors, the gray cabinet, a three-drawer dresser, stand fan, and makeup table.And of course, in addition to the framed art, there is the beverage cart that could be yours.These could be sofa tables, or they could be hallway tables, or just tables. You decide.This overview picture of the living room shows several pieces, including the sofas and glass tables.This glass-door cabinet has great style, and is a great choice.In the garage you can find a good deal of organization.Back in the kitchen is a red Kitche Aide mixer and two microwaves, plus more.Skillets and saucepans are the focus here. Sometimes it is nice to have a complete set.Also in the kitchen are a few serving dishes, some made of glass.
