BUYER is responsible for moving all items. There are NO restroom facilities at this sale.

Please note that I typically open early. It is first come first serve. I do not allow any sign up sheets or hand out numbers. You must PHYSICALLY hold you place in line.

We have a MASSIVE 4-Day sale for you this week in Temecula. This sale is PACKED with treasures in every room - Just how we like it!

We are still staging, so please check back for updated photos and details. I am willing to pre-sale large furniture or large appliances, so just text me.

Please note there will be strict entry rules to this sale due to the magnitude of the sale and small rooms. There will be no large purses or backpacks allowed at this sale because of the volume of purses we have. You can bring your own empty bags/boxes. No strollers or wheelchairs will be allowed because there are numerous step up and downs and this is a two-story house. Also note, there are NO RESTROOM FACILITIES. Any bags/boxes will be subject to search upon your exit. We will most likely need to limit the amount of shoppers the first day. We will start with about 25-30 and se how everyone disperses and go from there.

Parking should be decent. House is on a corner with lots of street parking. Trash day is Friday, so please do not block trash cans or driveways.
