We will presell any pictured furniture, vehicles, appliances or animals at this sale Unfortunately we are unable to presell or answer pricing questions on any other items.

Please do not knock on the door and disturb the resident - thank you.
We can not assist you with loading heavy items to your car, please bring a helper

We provide a hold area while you shop

Wow! It means every item left is $1 (one dollar).....furniture is $10 ( ten dollars) EACH!!
No hold tables....you will need to bring a friend to help watch your pile. Please bring your own boxes, bags, and wrap for your purchases. Please also bring your own muscle to carefully help you load your own purchases.

First come first served. Line will begin on sidewalk in front of the house. It's a court with minimal parking....but you can pull up to load your treasures after purchasing.
