This is a private home and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, please be respectful of both property, staff and/or other shoppers at all times. Please be mindful of the neighbors and not block their driveways. There is plenty of parking on the street and there will be no worries for street sweeping or trash pick up.

There is NO restroom available at this sale. NO EXCEPTIONS. Absolutely no food or drink in this home. NO DOGS ALLOWED with the exception of Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest.
