5) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
6) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
7) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
8) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at our next sale, this time in Tujunga.  There are a number of interesting items, such as:

A little bit hidden behind the parked cars, but this is the sale location, so you know what to look for.This, of course, is an outdoor bench frame in need of cushions.There are some other outdoor patio furniture, some of it seen here.You don't see this sort of sign every day (unless you own one already or work for the DoD).There are a few dresses in the sale. This is a look at some of them. This painting looks interesting.Here are more of the clothing items in the sale.In this sale there is a bell collection, which could be a good find for you bell collectors. Or maybe you want the cabinets?There is also a doll collection in the sale. Some in cases, some not.This is a nice tall dresser. This photo shows the wall-mounted mirror, a few lamps, and miscellaneous furnishings.Here we have a TV monitor, a dual VCR/DVD player, and two dressers. A classic telephone, grass wreath, and more are here, too.Yes, there are clothes in the sale. If you look carefully in the upper left on the shelves, there is a Pee-Wee Herman doll.The kitchen also features several dishes, bakeware, and appliances, not to be missed.Here we have more kitchen appliances: microwave, blender, KitchenAid mixer, and the microwave cart.Here is a better picture of the bread box, a number of Corelle baking dishes, and a four-slot toaster.There is a washer and dryer available in the sale as well. The washer is a Maytag Commercial Technology (MCT) Bravos, while the dryer is a GE model.There is also a number of glass and stemware pieces. But don't forget about the Whirlpool Gold refrigerator.There is a second monitor on the low cabinet, plus an interesting wall hanging.This label belongs to the standalone desk with a drawer, from Morgan Masterpiece. You can see the pencil tray on the left.This is the outside of the Morgan Masterpiece desk & drawer combination.Here is more of the doll collection.And this page has a few more dolls. These dolls must be special to be inside the display case, which is also available for sale.And this case also contains more dolls. In the garage, there is a stand-mounted work light, a powered edger, a lawn mower, and more treasures to find.The hand truck in red is always handy, along with myriad other garage-oriented items.A total of six decorative cinder blocks will help you create something really interesting.A small display cabinet has a few Mickey Mouse dolls, while the table below features a lamp, some serving platters, a miniature Big Boy statue, and much more.There is also this corner display cabinet to be had. Currently used to show mostly dishware, there are a few more dolls and figurines.This set of items are all about Betty Boop.And here we have a number of Barbie dolls, as well as at least one G.I. Joe.
