All Sales are Final, No returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Seller and Grasons are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the premises or outside the premises. Attendance and entry to the sale is at your own risk.
Credit/debit cards or cash for purchases only no checks will be accepted. We charge sales tax unless you have a valid resale permit. If you buy a large or heavy item, please bring help to get it into your vehicle. Grasons personnel are not allowed to move large items.
We cannot guarantee items in photos will be at the sale. Photos are provided as a courtesy and are subject to change. We do our best to update photos prior to the first sale day, there are circumstances such as presale and family members removing items last minute which can impact availability of items. If you are wondering about a specific or popular item feel free to contacts us prior to attending the sale. Thank you for your understanding.

Jewelry is kept off site and will be removed from the sale each day. Alarms and camera throughout the home. GLA rings will not be on location if interested we will meet at a local Jeweler where it is being held.

Friday Day 1- 9-1pm
Saturday Day 2- (Final day) 9-1pm
Address will be posted at 6:00am Friday Day 1. Sign in sheet will be be available at 8:00am. Last day Sign in sheet will go out at 8:30am. Do not leave anything by the front door or in the driveway. Please line-up on the sidewalk if you want to be on the sign-up sheet.
Please follow all the rules and direction from the staff. All rules are posted before entering and by entering you agree to all. All Items are to be picked up by closing on the last day of the sale.
Due to volume of items and sales we can not get back to you for questions regarding pricing please see photos for condition of items. Everything is sold as is where is. Please bring your own boxes and bags along with help for loading.
