Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By participating in this estate sale, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General

This estate sale is conducted to liquidate the personal property of a family estate. All items are sold on an “as-is” and “where-is” basis, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied.

2. Item Condition
• All items are pre-owned and may show signs of use, wear, or aging.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items before purchase. All sales are final; no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after a purchase is completed.

3. Payment Terms
• All purchases must be paid in full at the time of sale.
• Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Personal checks will not be accepted.
• Any applicable sales taxes will be added to the purchase price, in accordance with local regulations.

4. Pick-Up and Removal
• Buyers are responsible for picking up and removing their purchased items during the designated times.
• All items must be removed from the premises by the stated deadline.
• No shipping or delivery services are provided; buyers must arrange their own transportation.
• Failure to collect purchased items within the allotted time may result in forfeiture of the items without refund.

5. No Warranty
• The seller makes no representation or warranty regarding the condition, authenticity, or suitability of the items for any specific purpose.
• All items are sold “as-is.” Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making a purchase.

6. Liability
• The seller and estate sale organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur on the premises during the sale or pick-up.
• Buyers assume all risks when handling or transporting purchased items.

7. Pricing and Discounts
• Prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated.
• Any discounts or promotions are at the sole discretion of the seller and may be applied at any time during the sale.

8. Right to Refuse Service
• The seller reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any person for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, theft, or harassment of staff or other customers.

9. Changes to the Sale
• The seller reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The seller also reserves the right to cancel or modify the sale schedule, product listings, or pricing at any time.

10. Disputes
• Any disputes arising from this sale will be resolved under the laws of the state in which the sale takes place.
