This estate sale is conducted to liquidate the personal property of a family estate. All items are sold on an “as-is” and “where-is” basis, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied.
2. Item Condition
• All items are pre-owned and may show signs of use, wear, or aging.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items before purchase. All sales are final; no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after a purchase is completed.
3. Payment Terms
• All purchases must be paid in full at the time of sale.
• Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Personal checks will not be accepted.
• Any applicable sales taxes will be added to the purchase price, in accordance with local regulations.
4. Pick-Up and Removal
• Buyers are responsible for picking up and removing their purchased items during the designated times.
• All items must be removed from the premises by the stated deadline.
• No shipping or delivery services are provided; buyers must arrange their own transportation.
• Failure to collect purchased items within the allotted time may result in forfeiture of the items without refund.
5. No Warranty
• The seller makes no representation or warranty regarding the condition, authenticity, or suitability of the items for any specific purpose.
• All items are sold “as-is.” Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making a purchase.
6. Liability
• The seller and estate sale organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur on the premises during the sale or pick-up.

Description & Details
After 5 years we are going out of business, it’s sad but we are glad to have had the opportunity to make it though 2020 until now. We have a variety of categories from furniture, clothing, small appliances and others. We are also selling all of our equipment like the packing materials, racks, rolling carts, scanners, signs, tape, etc. We have to move out by end of the month so everything must go, we will be accepting offers. We have done our best to label everything with deeply discounted prices but we will accept offers.
