This is the Estate of Artist Dan Goozee. Dan’s career, which spans decades includes creating visual art for Walt Disney, 20th Century Fox as a Visual Art Creator as well as working with Disney through Imagineering on Visual imagery for their parks in California, Florida and Tokyo. An award-winning painter, his amazing plein air art as well as figural masterpieces are now in the Smithsonian and available to be viewed by the public. For one day only, we are opening up one of his art garrets, offering for sale his easels, art supplies and tools, as well as some of his precious works. Personal affects are also available including:

*Posters and slides from the art collection

*Imagineering Items

*An enormous collection of reference books from the art and design world as well as Disney and many others. First edition and signed items.

*NOS Women’s Clothing, accessories and designer items

Please note that you will be on camera from the street and throughout the residence. Also, there is audio surveillance throughout. Please respect the cameras as well as the delicate surveillance equipment in each room as it is not for sale. Nor is the router.

Please do not disturb our occupants. No jewelry will be on site prior to our arrival Friday morning.

**Please be advised that Fishy Finds will be distributing free tickets or wristbands one hour prior to start of sale to secure your place in line.

-You will need to bring your own help for moving big items. We do have someone on site that can assist in bringing some of the smaller items into the staging area while you shop. (Staging areas will be located next to check out). Note** All items need to be removed on the day of sale prior to 3 pm. **Unless other arrangements are made with Tania.

**Children are welcome but must always be accompanied by an adult to be granted access to the home.

**If you need transport for any large item purchases, we can also assist you in arranging that. Please note, all items purchased must be removed from the location on the day of the sale.
