• No boxes, purses, handbags, backpacks, pet carriers, bulky clothing/jackets or strollers allowed inside; leave them in your car
• Wallets and phones permitted inside
• Please DO NOT remove art from the walls: get a written ticket, pay, and we will remove it for you with a stamped ticket
• Be respectful of neighbors — do not block any driveways

• All sales are final — everything is sold as-is, where-is
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges
• You assume all risks by entering the property
• The property owner and estate sale company are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss
