We are a cash only sale .
We collect California sales tax unless you have a valid sellers permit number.
Parking is on street only. Please do not block any of our neighbor's driveways, and read all street signs as many of the areas have permit parking. There is still plenty of parking on some of the smaller side streets.
Please , we love kids and dogs, but no children or animals at this sale.
Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents injuries or loss on this property and we are exempt from responsibility regarding Covid or Covid related health issues.
There are several large pieces of furniture and art in this sale. Buyer will be responsible for moving all large items. We will accommodate you time -wise for moving large items .
