Hopefully on Sunday We will have limited number of parking permits per temporary use, and will need to be returned. 1: Payments accepted: Cash , Venmo, Zelle, and Credit Card We do charge sales tax on Credit card purchases, require an additional 3% service fee.
2:No large purses or backpacks allow, We have a hold area for your purchases. X Estate Sales retains temporary ownership and full responsibility for all items involved in the sale. We reserve the right to remove any item from the sale or from hold status at any time, at our sole discretion.
Please note: Any item placed on hold remains under the ownership and responsibility of X Estate Sales. A hold does not constitute a guarantee of sale or an obligation to complete a transaction.
3: We love our furry friends, Unfortunately, we do not allow pets (this is a private residence on private property , not a retail store,) . No smoking, eating or drinking.
4: All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds.
5: we do not provide bags for your purchases.
6: property is under surveillance.
7: be respectful to your fellow shoppers and estate sellers. We treat everybody equal at our estate sales. If a confrontation between customers or estate sellers occurs one or both customers will be denied the sale of any items and be told to leave the private residence immediately.
