Cash & credit cards...are our accepted form of payment. No checks. All purchases made are non refundable. A valid resale certificate must be shown at the time of purchase otherwise sales tax of 9.25% will be added. We do not pre-sell or quote prices prior to the sale.

Please bring your own boxes, bags & packing material for your purchases.
Furniture purchases, PLEASE bring Assistance in loading your purchases.
Appliance purchases, PLEASE bring TOOLS to disconnect and assistance in loading your purchases.
All items must be removed from the store by on Saturday 6pm 10/25/25 or other arrangements MUST be made BEFORE your purchase. Any purchases left after the conclusion of the sales on Saturday shall be deemed abandoned & no refund will be given.

In Accordance with the State of California State Board of Equalization: We will collect sales tax!
Resellers MUST BRING a copy of a valid California Resale Permit, or you WILL be charged tax. NO EXCEPTIONS!
