We utilize video and audio surveillance. Violators will be detained, the police will be called, and you will be prosecuted.

Sales Tax
We collect California state sales tax. We will accept valid resale if you provide us with, 1) a physical copy of your valid California Seller's Permit (it will be verified), and 2) a completed and signed Resale Certificate. No exceptions.
No Early Entry
Sales begin at the advertised time. No exceptions. You must be present and in line at start time of sale to ensure your place on the sign-up sheet. The sign-up sheet will be available on the first day one hour before the sale starts.
Hold Items Policy
The hold tables are for items you are committing to buy, not items you are thinking about buying. If you place items on the hold table and then remove them, you will be asked to leave the sale and not permitted to return for the day. Any items that cannot be picked up at the time of purchase must be fully paid in advance and arrangements made for pick up when purchased.
Liability Waiver
Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
No Large Bags or Backpacks
Please leave large bags in your vehicle. Shoplifters will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Respect Property & Neighbors
Please avoid touching items marked “Do Not Touch” and stay within the designated areas. If you are found entering restricted areas, you will be asked to leave the sale and you will not be allowed to return.
Do not block driveways or move the neighbor's trash cans. You must park legally, and the local police will enforce parking regulations.
Removal of Items
Buyers are responsible for the timely removal of purchased items. Bring assistance for large/heavy items, as we cannot provide assistance for these items.
First-Come, First-Served
Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Children Must Be Supervised
For their safety, children must remain with the parent or guardian at all times. And remember, if you (or your child) break it, you buy it.

This estate sale has been extremely successful, with many large and high-value items selling early — including the Wurlitzer grand piano.
Tomorrow is the final day, and most items will be 50% off. Despite the strong turnout over the first two days, this is a large home, and there is still a significant amount of quality inventory remaining throughout. Jewelry, watches, furniture, décor, designer accessories, and household items are still available.
Everything must be sold by the end of the day.
🔥 DAY 2 UPDATE – 25% OFF MOST ITEMS:
Opening day was extremely busy with over 100 shoppers lined up at the door at 9am. Despite the strong turnout, this is a large home with a substantial amount of quality inventory still available.
Day 2 features 25% off most items, and we are also introducing additional jewelry inventory, as the volume of jewelry available required us to bring it out in stages. There is still plenty to shop throughout the home, and everything must be sold by the end of Day 3.
