HUGE CLOTHING EVENT IN ARVADA

This is part one of a two part sale.

The first part is all clothes, shoes, and purses.. 

THE SECOND part of the sale will include more clothes of course but better yet a wide variety of new in the box items not related to clothing. Vintage colored glass,  carnival glass, depression glass, China, Pyrex, Cambridge glasses, Tools, toolboxes, kitchenware, linens galore, many brand new,  tons of brand new household supplies. Such as brand name laundry products, ziploc bags of many sizes, brand name cleaning supplies, bar soaps, paper plates, toilet paper, wax paper, tinfoil etc.  Brand new copper cookware, blenders, bullet mixers, vacuums, bowl sets, kitchen gadgets.  The homeowner was a hairdresser for a long long time.  So there are hair care products including items for perms and hair dying.  There are capes  and tinfoil sheets, rolls of cotton, curlers, combs and brushes in mass quantity, curling irons and blow dryers.  Brand new make up and skincare products. There are even 4 original salon chairs! And christmas, OMG we could have a sale for christmas decor alone.  So much Christmas. Those are just a few of the key items, there is so much more. The house is packed.  Make sure to mark your calendar, you don't want to miss this sale! 

I would say close to half of the clothes still have tags on them. 

Many of the boxes of shoes have never been worn. 

We have them all hung up on rods in the huge basement. With the exception of sweaters, there are over 200 sweaters. They will be folded in bins below the hanging clothes. Also sweats, and some summer shirts will be folded and placed in bins or on a table.  Some sleepware as well. 

We have went through every piece of clothing and removed any stained or damaged clothing.. Unfortunately some clothing will be wrinkled as they have been stored in bins and bags for a long time.

There will be no refunds or exhanges on any clothing or shoes, or purses, so please check your items carefully before you purchase them. 

Shoes are displayed on racks and bookcases  for easy viewing.

There will be general pricing for most clothing. Meaning dresses all one price, shorts all one price, sweaters all one price, etc etc. 

The new clothes with tags more likely will be priced individually. 

The sizes tend to run on the smaller side, size, 2-4-6-8 and some 10s. Could be great for some kids going back to school! Mostly women's clothes but there is a section for men.  The new clothes are in a separate section

BULK purchases will be considered for additional discounts. Bulk  means 20 or more pieces in one purchase. 

Unfortunately there will be no dressing rooms to try on clothing.  You are welcome to try anything on over you're own clothing.  You're welcome to try on shoes. 

There is a wide variety of styles.  From Vintage to Contemporary. There are business blazers, slacks, and blouses.  Summer shirts, shorts, and Capris, both business and casual. Short and long sleeve casual shirts. Jeans and colored casual pants, pullover and button up shirts, both casual and business. Dresses and skirts.  Jackets, coats and cover ups.  And oh so may scarves.  And as i mentioned earlier a huge selection of sweaters.  There is a section for sleepwear and bras, slips and socks. Sweat shirts and pants.

Due to the vast amount of clothing available we are able to keep the prices lower then our regular estate sale clothing prices. BONUS! 

PLEASE NOTE....... 

*You should bring your own bags to carry your purchase. 

** You will notice much merchandise beyond the clothing. Please do not go past the clothing line. Those items will be for sale in part two, which will be held September 5, 6, and 7.

There may be some dressers, trunks and other small display pieces used during the clothing sale.  Those will be available for purchase during the clothing sale. 

One last thing.  On the second day of the clothing sale, all clothing, shoes, purses and scarves will be offered at 50% or more  off the marked price!
