This is the second round of a VERY HUGE sale! The second time has more diversity and number of items-- ITS A OMG moment!

We do have street parking Yahoo!! But it will still be difficult to park please be considerate of the homeowners driveways. City planners don't believe on having parking-GRRRR

We don't have a sign up sheet, we do give numbers out starting as soon as I get there, normally 2 hours prior to opening and you must be present to receive one. Placing your hold box/bag will not count when it comes time to start the sale without you physically having a number.

This home is monitored by both visual and voice camera's. There are steps going up downstairs inside the home.

You have to bring your own labor for moving any larger items we will not be able to help you. WE CAN NOT/WILL NOT, (we all have back issues) be able to help you move any large or heavy items ,if you don't have your own mover please don't buy an item that needs to be moved. You MUST bring your own help and your own boxes. Since this is a pop up sale we will not be able to provide box'es- tissues-bags-or packing materials

We will not be able to test all the Appliances, Electrics, Stereo Equipment, Garden and Power Tools.

Again, I accept Credit Cards,Cash and Venmo but no checks .
