Winning bidder is responsible for the removal and transportation of any furniture items from the home. Due to liability, we can not assist with moving the furniture, or loading it into your vehicle. Please bring proper padding, strapping, and labor to assist with your pickup.
Almost everything in this auction is available for shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated after auction end and charged to your credit card on file. Shipping will be ACTUAL COST plus a handling charge based upon the complexity of the packaging of the item/s. Simple items such as clothing will be around $5 handling charge. Complex items like a set of crystal wine glasses will be closer to $20 handling. If you are concerned about how much shipping will be, you can ask BEFORE bidding. Please include your full mailing address when making an inquiry.

Auction Terms & Conditions ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE SOLD AS IS - Condition of all auction items is to be considered used unless otherwise noted. Used items will have some wear and tear, imperfections and age. If you have questions about condition, ask before bidding. Unless expressly noted in the item description, there is no claim to authenticity of any item. If additional information is needed contact us before bidding. There will be no partial refunds on any lots. We will do refunds only if the item/s was misrepresented in the description of the auction and after return of all items in that lot.
For this auction, we will not be making appointments for pickup. Pickups are first come - first served. Please be prepared to wait while we serve customers in arrival order. Buyers are obligated to check their winnings at pickup. Signing the pickup slip is your acknowledgment that everything is there and in the condition advertised.
If you miss the pickup time, or you wish to schedule a time outside of what is allotted, you may do so for a fee of $15 cash payable at pickup.
