Silverton Estates Sale

By attending and/or purchasing items at the Silverton Estates Sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Sale Items: All items offered for sale are sold as-is with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. The sale includes items such as furniture, collectibles, household goods, antiques, hunting and fishing gear, and other personal property. Certain items for sale including gun reloading, ATV, and snowmobiles are by private appointment only (titles are available for the ATV and 3 snowmobiles). All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be offered.

2. Pricing: All prices are marked and final. No price negotiations will be allowed during the sale. Items that do not sell will go to auction.

3. Payment: Accepted forms of payment include cash and credit card. Please bring exact cash of $1, $5, $10, and $20 to streamline the transaction process. We do not accept personal checks unless it is a cashier's check. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. No items will be held without payment.

4. Removal of Purchased Items: Buyers are responsible for the removal of their purchased items from the sale site. If you cannot remove it the day of purchase, a separate time for pick-up can be arranged with the estate sale organizers. The estate sale organizers are not responsible for any damage to items during removal.

5. Liability and Safety: All attendees must exercise caution and be aware of their surroundings while at the estate sale. The estate sale organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the event.

6. No Public Restrooms: There are no public restrooms available at the sale location.

7. Right to Refuse Service: The estate sale organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any person at their discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who are disruptive or violate the terms and conditions of the sale.

8. Photography: Photography may be permitted or prohibited at the discretion of the estate sale organizers. Please ask for permission before taking any photos or videos during the sale. No video or audio recording is allowed without prior consent.

9. Item Availability: All items pictured in the sale may be subject to prior sales and could be removed from the sale listing at any time before the sale date. We make every effort to update the availability of items as promptly as possible, but we cannot guarantee that an item pictured will be available at the time of the sale. Any items that are removed from the sale due to pre-sales will no longer be available for purchase during the event.

10. Limited Capacity Due to High Interest: In order to maintain a safe and comfortable shopping experience, there may be a limited number of people allowed inside the house at any given time. Admission will be managed through a single point of entry and exit and a potential queue system to control the flow of traffic and minimize overcrowding. We appreciate your patience in case you are required to wait to enter the house.
