ESTATE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, returns, or exchanges. Please inspect items carefully before purchase.

2. PRE-SALES ACCEPTED
Select items will be available for pre-sale before the public sale dates. First come, first served. To inquire about pre-sale purchases, please contact us directly once the lot list is released.

3. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Credit/debit cards are not accepted unless otherwise noted.

4. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED ON SALE DAYS
Doors open promptly at 11:00 AM on July 19th and 20th. We do not hold items without payment.

5. ENTRY POLICY
We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers inside at one time for safety and comfort. Entry will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. BRING HELP FOR LARGE ITEMS
Buyers are responsible for moving and loading purchased items. Please bring your own assistance, tools, and transportation.

7. ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY END OF SALE
All purchased items must be picked up by 5:00 PM on Sunday, July 20th, unless prior arrangements have been made.

8. CHILDREN & PETS
For safety reasons, please keep children supervised at all times. No pets allowed inside the sale.

9. RESPECT THE PROPERTY
This sale takes place at a private residence. Please be respectful of the home, neighbors, and other shoppers.

10. LIABILITY & INSURANCE DISCLAIMER
By attending or participating in this estate sale, all parties agree to enter the property at their own risk. The organizers and property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss/damage to personal property that may occur before, during, or after the sale. Entry or participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
