All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. Email for more information or questions if needed prior to bidding. We do not currently hold in person previews for items. We DO NOT accept returns. All sales are final.
All descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed. We do our best to point out significant flaws, however, due to large volumes of items, we are likely to miss issues, and by submitting a bid the buyer agrees to this understanding, and accepts responsibility for the item as is. Not all items will be tested, if an item is tested, and is shown to be working, the item is not guaranteed to be working at time of pickup.. Bidder is expected to examine all pictures, descriptions, and ask questions prior to close of auction. We will not be able respond to any questions on items 24-48 hours prior to auction close.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Again, any questions should be asked prior to bidding.
Big Yellow Bear reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to make appropriate changes to auction terms and conditions.
Colorado Springs, CO taxes will be charged on all purchases unless you have a tax exempt form on file at the time of check out. You are responsible to submit documentation regarding your tax exempt status PRIOR to bidding/auction close. If you fail to do so, you will pay sales tax.
10% Buyer's Premium charged on all purchases. Our goal is to keep the buyer’s premium low, but is in place to simply to cover some fees. The Buyer’s Premium is subject to change per auction, but will not change once an auction is posted. There is currently no discount for cash payment. All unpaid invoices will be automatically charged to the card on file following the closing of the auction.
It is bidder's responsibility to check their hibid account for winning bids regardless if an invoice is received by email or not.
PICK UP: ALL Items must be picked up within the dates provided. Buyer will have 2-3 day pick up options following the close of the auction with specific times for pick up window. In the case of weather related difficulties, other arrangements can be made. Any item left for more than 1 week without contact or prior arrangements will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at our discretion. If you message us to hold the item, you will be charged an extra $25 per week for two weeks starting the last day of pick up for that auction. After two weeks, the item will be forfeited by you the buyer.
This SALE PICK UP: Saturday November 10-3pm, Sunday November 11, 12-3PM, and Wednesday November 19, 9am-3pm. Pick up location will be provided at the close of the auction.
No Refunds or Credits will be given.
Shipping available for items checked “shipping available” Shipping to U.S. RESIDENTS ONLY, NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. If you require shipping, you MUST contact Big Yellow Bear following close of auction, or preferably prior to close if you are actively bidding. All items being shipped must use card and address on file at the time of registration! You will be charged at minimum an additional $5 handling fee, upto $10, on top of regular shipping cost. We ship from in house, and use the most cost effective shipping for the buyer, while caring the items are packed properly.
HOWEVER, Big Yellow Bear will NOT be responsible for any shipping cost under any circumstances! Buyer Assumes all cost and liability for any shipping costs, problems, damage, lost items or any other issue with shipping! IF items are damaged in shipping your claim will be with the shipper( i.e. USPS, UPS, FEDEX), NOT Big Yellow Bear!
Auction will use the soft close feature and will close in the order of the catalog at a rate of 1 item every 20 seconds. Any item receiving a bid in the last 1 minute will extend the auction for that item by 1 minutes. (other items will continue to close).
