2. We Do collect Sales Tax-be prepared to provide documentation if you are tax exempt,

4. Sold items must be removed by the end of the advertised dates of the estate sale. If not removed, the items revert back to the seller with no refund,
5. Persons attending the estate sale assume all risks of damage, injury, or loss to their person and or property and release seller/seller's agent from liability thereof,
6. Security is on site and we do prosecute shoplifters,
7. Disrespectful/disruptive customers will be asked to leave,
8. We Do provide delivery of larger items for an additional fee,
9. Loading/disassembling & hauling of purchased items is the responsibility of the buyer if not using delivery service,
10. All items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" at time of sale-know what you are buying before you buy,
11. Price tag removal/switch will not be tolerated,

The hand-made furniture is simply perfect for a small living space or apartment. The two antique/vintage rockers are just stunning and don't miss the matching brown leather recliners, numerous foot lockers/trunks, oak dining table, Queen bed frames, and don't forget the oak secretary/desk. We especially love the vintage cast iron toy tractors; Oliver 70, Rumley, & Huber to name a few. If working with wood is your thing, there's a router table, table saw, drill press and lathe hand tools plus bits & pieces of different woods. Tools are nicely represented.....Makita, Craftsman, DeWalt & Stanley. There's an Everlast full punching & speed bag set so make room now in your exercise room. Collectibles? Sure! Disney, Winnie the Pooh, Muppets, Ty Beanies/Boos, Indiana Glass, Peanuts, Hafbauer, Swarovski, Strawberry Shortcake, Precious Moments, & Care Bears. Original art, sand paintings, and framed Colorado scenery fill the walls. The display case/hutch lights up your collectibles and the small bar is a great place for those decanters. Yard Art - Old Wagon Wheels, Birdhouses, Whirligigs, Gnomes, Shepard's Hooks and two (2) Radio Flyers. There are some great ball caps celebrating Navy service. And, a Cornhusker heart shows itself in all areas of the home! This sale is packed with smalls and you never know what you will find at this well rounded offering of items. We can't wait to see you!
