We do not do pre-sales, and we do not share pricing before the sale begins.
This is an in-person sale only — no early access, no online sales.

First come, first in.
We may need to limit how many people are inside the home at one time.

�� Stay out of any areas marked “Keep Out.”
�� No large purses — please leave them in your car.

Bring your own boxes and packing materials.
Do not block driveways.
Anyone caught trespassing, shoplifting, or switching price tags will be prosecuted.

Jewelry and other valuables are removed from the home each night.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or mishaps.
Please bring help to move heavy items — we do not provide lifting assistance.

We accept cash and credit cards only.
Sales tax will be charged. Dealers, please bring your Colorado tax-exempt certificate.

All items are sold AS IS — no returns or exchanges.
Purchased items must be picked up at least one hour before closing on the last day of the sale.
