Payment & Pricing
We accept Cash (Preferred) and Credit/Debit Cards (a small processing fee, typically 3-5%, will apply to card transactions). Venmo and Zelle may be accepted for convenience, but cash transactions are prioritized. State-required sales tax will be collected on all purchases unless a valid resale certificate is presented. Prices are firm on the first day of the sale; discounts will be considered on subsequent days.

Item Removal & Responsibility
Buyers are solely responsible for the safe moving, disassembly, and loading of all purchases, including furniture, large items, and wall art. Please bring your own necessary labor, tools, and packing materials. Our staff is not authorized or insured to assist with the lifting or loading of heavy items. Only items paid for in full will be reserved or held.
