This is an in-person sale only and we do not offer pre-sales, nor do we give out prices before the sale starts.

Bring your own help for moving heavy items.
Bring your own boxes and bubble wrap or tissue paper to wrap your fragile purchases.
Tax is charged. Dealers please have your Colorado tax exempt certificates available.
All sales are “as is”… no returns or exchanges. Once you purchase an item(s) it must picked up a minimum of 1 hour prior to closing on the last day of the sale.

The lovely woman that lived in this house was incredibly eccentric and had many passions and hobbies. She was an avid reader, enjoyed golf, pottery, sewing, and other arts and crafts. She was also an incredible cook and even taught several cooking classes and contributed her own recipes to major cookbooks and magazines. I am still working my way through all her massive collections and treasures because there is just SO much of it. Stay tuned for more photos because I’ll be adding more and more daily.
