Terms: This is an Online Auction.  NOTE: THIS AUCTION HAS A ONE-DAY LOAD-OUT ON WEDNESDAY ONLY! Payment must be made online or BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, on location at the Eaton Auction Center, 24 Oak Avenue Eaton, Colorado 80615 on day, April 14, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM.  You will be emailed a link with your invoice to schedule an appointment.  Cash, Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa are accepted payments.  A standard 18.5% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases in this Auction.  The buyer’s premium is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.  Sales tax and the Colorado 6.5% excise tax on firearms and ammo applies.  Everything is sold AS-IS with no refunds.  Nothing removed until paid for.  Items not picked up during this load-out period (or shipped to you) will have a charge of $25.00 per invoice and a handling and storage charge of $1.00 per lot per day added to the total due.  Please pick up during the scheduled load-out times.

RMEB is an FFL.  All Federal & State firearms laws will be complied with. You must be 21 years of age to purchase any firearm in Colorado.  Background checks will be conducted on ALL firearm purchases at our facility.  Due to the passage of Colorado House Bill 23-1219, starting October 1, 2023, all firearm purchases in Colorado require a three-day waiting period before you are allowed to take delivery of the firearm.  Firearms must be paid for before we will conduct a background check.  Failure to pass the background check will result in the buyer paying a 25% restocking fee and returning the item.  Any out-of-state firearm purchases must be shipped to an FFL.  No firearms sales to Massachusetts.  Some firearms or magazines may not be legal in all locations.  Know your local laws.  NO REFUNDS.  All announcements auction day take precedence over any other.  Not responsible for accidents.

SPECIAL PAYMENT TERMS ON SHIPPED HIGH-VALUE ITEMS: Due to increased fraud, purchasers of gold, silver, coins, or other high-value items who want their purchases shipped, MUST pay with a bank wire or other certified funds.  Credit card payments of any kind will not be accepted on those items from buyers unknown to RMEB.  No returns will be accepted for any reason.  Come inspect the items in person.  

Inspection: This is an Online Auction.  We highly recommend your personal inspection of the items.  You may inspect the items onsite at the Eaton Auction Center, 24 Oak Avenue Eaton, Colorado 80615 on Sunday, April 13, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM.  We try to describe items as well as possible but it is still best to inspect them in person.

Shipping: We ship almost anything, anywhere at your expense.  We ship firearms to your FFL anywhere in the country, except Massachusetts, AT YOUR EXPENSE.  We ship almost everything else world-wide AT YOUR EXPENSE.  If you want your items shipped, AT YOUR EXPENSE, please contact us at info@whitleyauction.com by 11:30 AM on Monday, April 14, 2025, to arrange payment and shipping.  RMEB ships most items from its in-house shipping department.  If you are concerned about shipping costs, as you should be, contact us for a shipping quote prior to bidding.
