This is an Online Auction. NOTE: THIS AUCTION HAS A ONE-DAY LOAD-OUT ON WEDNESDAY ONLY!

Payment:
• Payment must be made online or BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on location at the Eaton Auction Center, 24 Oak Avenue, Eaton, Colorado 80615 on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 13, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM.
• Cash, Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa accepted.
• Buyer’s Premium: Standard 18.5% on all purchases. Discounted to 15% for cash or guaranteed check THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.
• Sales tax applies. Everything sold AS-IS with no refunds. Nothing removed until paid for.

Soft Close:
• Any item or group receiving a bid in the last two minutes will extend two minutes until no further bids are received.

Inspection (Preview):
• Personal inspection is highly recommended.
• Inspect at the Eaton Auction Center on TUESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2025, from 12:00 Noon until 6:00 PM.

Load-Out (ONE-DAY ONLY):
• Payment, pickup, and load-out are on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 13, 2025, from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM at the Eaton Auction Center.
• Items cannot be removed until paid in full.
• Items not picked up during this load-out (or shipped to you) will incur a $25.00 per invoice fee plus $1.00 per lot per day storage/handling. Please pick up during scheduled times.

SPECIAL PAYMENT TERMS – SHIPPED HIGH-VALUE ITEMS:
• Purchasers of gold, silver, coins, or other high-value items who want shipping MUST pay by bank wire or other certified funds.
• Credit cards will NOT be accepted on those items from buyers unknown to RMEB.
• No returns accepted for any reason. Please inspect in person.

Shipping:
• We ship almost anything, anywhere AT YOUR EXPENSE.
• Firearms ship to your FFL anywhere in the country (except Massachusetts), AT YOUR EXPENSE.
• Most items ship from our in-house department.
• If you want shipping, AT YOUR EXPENSE, email info@whitleyauction.com by 11:30 AM on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 13, 2025 to arrange payment and shipping.
