Western & Military Firearms Auction

All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. No guarantees, warranties, or returns. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect all items prior to bidding. All sales are final. Payment method on file is not processed through LiveAuctioneers; invoices will be sent directly by Anne & Anna Estate Services and must be paid within three (3) days.

All firearms must be transferred through our FFL partner, The Shootist Gun Range (Englewood, CO). Please contact them directly at (303) 781-3382 to arrange transfer or shipment. A total fee of $120 per firearm applies, which includes an $85 transfer and background check fee and a $35 handling/processing fee, paid directly to The Shootist. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Firearms must be paid for prior to transfer. Additional storage fees may apply if items are not arranged for pickup or shipment within 7 days of auction close. For firearms that qualify as antiques or otherwise do not require an FFL transfer under federal law, buyers are still required to contact The Shootist Gun Range to arrange pickup or shipment, and a $35 handling/processing fee will apply.

All shipping for firearms will be handled exclusively through The Shootist. Buyers must contact The Shootist within one (1) week of auction close to arrange shipping or pickup. Failure to do so will result in a $35 storage fee to receive your item. No exceptions.

We strongly recommend that bidders interested in firearms begin the background check process with The Shootist while the auction is still active to help expedite transfer and pickup after the auction concludes.

Failure to remit payment or arrange transfer within the stated timeframe may result in cancellation of the sale, forfeiture of the item, resale, and/or reporting to LiveAuctioneers.
